Nutrition is such a huge component to living a healthy, long life.

What you put in your body is what you are literally made out of. Let me rephrase that, your body is made out of the food you

eat.

 

Always use the 80/20 rule; eat healthy nutritious food 80% of the time and indulge in your favourite (possibly less nutritious) foods 20% of the time. The point here is not to feel guilty about the not-so-healthy foods but about moderation and still enjoying life. Eating a whole foods nutritious diet will give you all the benefits from food you need to live a healthy life.
